Integrity first, craft passed on · Shiquan, Shaanxi

Early autumn, early September, and a purpose worth travelling for. On 6 September the Zhengzhou Xianyun Machinerynology team travelled to Shiquan County in Ankang, Shaanxi, for a site visit and industry exchange, holding in-depth talks with the local government on industrial development. This was more than a technical visit or a piece of equipment matching: it was an exchange built on integrity, enabled by craft and aimed at supporting rural industry — bringing fresh thinking and momentum to the local egg processing industry.

Integrity is a company's best foundation and its original intent is its farthest-reaching feng shui. On the road to Shiquan, a story told by Xianyun's leadership captured the company's core belief: a man seeking a feng shui master's advice stopped his car to let a deer pass and waited patiently for children to cross the road; the master told him he had no need to seek feng shui, because his own conduct was the best feng shui there is. Business works the same way — running a company is a form of self-cultivation, and its height and longevity come from pure intent and upright conduct, not from shortcuts. Xianyun holds to positive values: no withholding of workers' pay, no substandard raw materials, no short-term profiteering — enabling the industry and lifting collective income instead.

Holding to integrity also means holding to craft in the product. During the exchange, Secretary Feng and the Xianyun team discussed the state of the industry frankly, confronting the practice of profiting from substandard additives, and reached firm agreement: reject the industry's bad habits and hold the quality line. The team is unequivocal about never using harmful additives such as copper sulphate or zinc sulphate, keeping the essence of traditional methods while applying modern production technology, using only honest, high-quality raw materials, controlling every production step and holding the food-safety line. Profit never overrides quality, and shortcuts never betray trust.

Grounded in local reality, planning for the long term. Drawing on years of industry experience, the Xianyun team gave Shiquan County professional advice suited to its geography, industrial base and current situation. On equipment, it advised against blind large-scale investment: choose flexibly to match actual capacity demand, and support trial production before expansion. On product range, it advised breaking out of a single category into eggs and quail eggs to broaden the market. On the plant, it advised planning for long-term growth, reserving space for expansion and upgrades from the outset so that layout and capacity do not become bottlenecks later.

Deep roots in the local industry, carrying the mission of revitalization. Like many rural areas, Shiquan County faces young workers leaving, limited land capacity and weak speciality industries. To break that pattern and activate local industry, Secretary Feng and the Xianyun team focused on the egg sector and set about building a modern, standardised, branded rural industry system: modern intelligent equipment to raise efficiency and solve the problem of inefficient hand work; standardised production management to control quality and create a local benchmark product; brand-driven operation to raise added value and widen sales channels. The goal is to turn a small industry into a serious business — one with energy, income and prospects — so that people stay, work and earn locally.
